We have about a 3 day turnaround time due to volume from the day we receive your ECM to diagnose it. If it’s repairable, we’ll have it done that day and offer complimentary 2-3 day return shipping.

After the 3 day turnaround time, if we diagnose the ECM as unrepairable, we have two options. We can return the ECM and only charge the $150 diagnostic fee. Or we can offer to send a replacement. The cost of the replacement is dependent on the ECM. We still offer our 1 year warranty, and in most cases can send the unit back plug and play.

There may be nothing we find wrong with your ECM, in that case we’ll diagnose it as NPF (no problems found) and charge the $150 diagnostic fee and ship it back to you.

Yes. On Caterpillars and Cummins we can even offer custom parameter flashing and custom programming for an added fee. On International and Detroits, we can only transfer the programming from your original unit.
